June is Safety Awareness Month for Branch Group

Jun 2, 2017

It’s June again, time for Safety Awareness Month!  For the past 11 years The Branch Group has spent extra time during June reinforcing an important safety message and this year will be no different.

The theme this year is S. A. F. E. – Smart, Alert, Focused, Educated.  This year we hope to drive home the message that safety involves being Smart about our behavior, remaining Alert at all times to hazards, being Focused on the task at hand, and always being properly Educated to complete each activity safely.

Because of the ongoing success of Safety Awareness Month, the Corporate Safety Committee will once again sponsor breakfasts, luncheons, a safety month themed hard hat sticker, the safety month drawings, posters, banners and two special incentive items that will be awarded during the safety month luncheons. Corporate Director of Safety  & Risk, Danny Minnix, will be traveling to Branch Group  locations over the coming weeks and looks forward to seeing our fellow employees at these events.
