Mandy Cox Joins Branch Civil Team

Branch Civil welcomes Mandy Cox as our new Design-Build Coordinator. Mandy grew up in southwest Virginia. Prior to joining the Branch Civil team, Mandy worked at VDOT for 12 years.  Most recently, Mandy was the Program Administrator in the Bristol District and managed the P3/Design-Build development of Coalfields Expressway and Route 460 Connector.  Mandy lives in Goode, Virginia and will be working out of the Roanoke office.
