Assistant Project Manager Named

I am pleased to announce the promotion of William Huard to Assistant Project Manager.  William is currently helping lead our Garrisonville Road Design-Build project team and also leads the close out of our Lorton project. William, who joined Branch in April 2015 as a Project Engineer,  has supported multiple projects in Northern Virginia and assisted in developing our Branch Civil implementation plan.
