Promotion to Project Manager Announced

Aug 3, 2018

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Jose Hinojosa to Project Manager.

I had the pleasure of first meeting Jose in the Spring of 2012 at a Career Fair at East Carolina University.  Jose earned his Bachelor’s Degree from East Carolinas Construction Management program.  What stood out to me about Jose was his drive to succeed under any circumstances.  Jose attended college while working a full-time job as an industrial welder, while also being a dedicated father to his twin children, and a devoted husband to his wife.  Jose is a Veteran of the Armed Forces, where he proudly served our country as a Marine.

Jose first joined Branch Civil in May 2012.  He spent 18 months working with us before deciding to pursue another career opportunity.  In August 2014, Jose re-joined our team.  Since 2014, Jose has served as a Project Engineer on numerous difficult project’s where he was a key contributor.

Jose and his family have relocated from Suffolk, VA to the Raleigh, NC area.  Jose will be serving as BCI’s Project Manager for a recently acquired project with NCDOT in Greensboro, NC.

Please join me in congratulating Jose on his accomplishment!
