New Proposal Manager Welcomed

It is with great pleasure to introduce Wendy Ramsey to the Branch Civil team. Wendy is coming on board to work with the Design-Build group as Proposal Manager. She will be based in Cary, NC and will be working on VA and NC pursuits.
Wendy grew up in Panama City Beach, Florida and currently resides in Cary, NC with her husband Philip. She brings more than 18 years of proposal and qualification development experience in the engineering industry and most recently worked at RK&K in Raleigh, NC.
