I am pleased to announce the addition of Dan Culligan, Senior Estimator, to the Branch Civil family. He brings with him over 20 years of proven sales and management experience to our team and will be instrumental in increasing our presence in our southern market areas. Dan comes to us from Taylor Morrison, one of the largest home builders in the U.S., where he served as Land Development Manager. Prior to his joining Taylor Morrison, he served as Vice President of Estimating and Co-Owner of The Civil Group, an established Raleigh area site development contractor. Dan’s hiring corresponds with our organization’s growth strategy of adding solid experience and expertise to our group focused on enhancing our communities and providing exceptional service to our clients.
