Alamance Community College, Advanced Applied Technology Center

A growing community college in Alamance County, NC, is ready to add another building to its campus now that Branch Civil has completed early site work on a six-acre tract of land in the city of Graham.

Branch Civil provided site development and utility installations for a new 55,000-square-foot Advanced Applied Technology Center on the college’s newest branch just south of the main Burlington campus.

Branch Civil has completed the final phase of the project, which included grading, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks and striping.  The initial phase, completed in fall 2016, consisted of constructing a building pad, waterline, sanitary sewer and storm drainage.
