Residents and visitors to the Tidewater region have a brand new, premier outlet shopping complex to enjoy after completion of a project for which Branch Civil paved in Norfolk, VA.
Branch Civil teamed up with Cleveland Construction to provide a total site package for the new Norfolk Premium Outlets, which included earthwork, grading, paving, site concrete and pump station installation.
Branch Civil is also involved with utility infrastructure and the construction of a gazebo, pier, and boardwalk on the 50-acre lakeside complex. Future subcontract work will include improvements to adjacent Northampton Boulevard and the construction of the new Premium Outlet Boulevard.
The highly anticipated project was fast-tracked on a 12-month timeline to ensure a June 2017 Grand Opening.
